Governing Documents
The governing documents outline the official rules, responsibilities, and operations of the Vintage Oaks Homeowners Association. These records ensure our community is managed fairly, transparently, and in compliance with Texas state requirements.
They include:
Bylaws – Define how the HOA is structured and operated, including board duties, elections, and meetings.
CCRs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) – Set the standards for property use, maintenance, and neighborhood appearance to protect home values.
Management Certificate – A state-required record listing HOA contact information and official details.
Meeting Minutes & Financial Records – Document board discussions, decisions, and financial updates to keep members informed.
